This solution reduced free chlorine in pool water by 70% (to 0.2 ppm) and combined chlorine to 0.05 ppm, eliminating chlorine odor and improving air quality. The pH remains stable (7.00–7.15), with no bacterial growth detected.

Installation of LifeOX® Technology: Efficient Chlorine Reduction and Improved Air Quality
The installation of the bypass for the ozone reaction/degassing tank and the medium-pressure UV reactor was completed quickly, with all new equipment seamlessly integrated into the existing system. The LifeUVM0135WM medium-pressure UV reactor was mounted on an optional reactor stand, while the control and power supply unit utilized an existing stand. The Lifepool 4.0 ozone generator and Lifox 4.0 oxygen generator were wall-mounted, and the ozone reaction/degassing tank was installed on the floor.
With the implementation of LifeOX® technology, the chlorine content in the pool water was significantly reduced. Free chlorine levels dropped by nearly 70% to 0.2 ppm, while combined chlorine reached as low as 0.05 ppm. These improvements eliminated the strong chlorine odor, resulting in healthier ambient air. Additionally, the pool’s pH remains stable in the neutral range of 7.00–7.15, with no trace of bacterial growth detected under these conditions.
